Jet Wash Bin Cleaning Terms & Conditions


1. Service Overview
Jet Wash Bin Cleaning provides professional trash bin and dumpster cleaning services using eco-friendly, high-pressure washing techniques.


2. Subscription & Payment

  • Customers may choose a one-time service or a recurring subscription plan.
  • Monthly and quarterly subscription plans require payment in advance for the selected service frequency.
  • Payment will be charged on initial sign up and recurring payments the 1st day of the customer's service month.
  • A one-month or quarterly subscription requires payment for a minimum of three (3) services before cancellation is permitted.
  • If a customer cancels before receiving three (3) services, they will still be charged for three (3) services.


3. Service Scheduling & Access

  • Services will be performed on the scheduled cleaning date. Customers must ensure bins are accessible.
  • If bins are not accessible, the service will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a service.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments due to inaccessible bins.
  • Early subscription cancellations are subject to the three-service minimum charge.


5. Liability & Limitations

  • Jet Wash Bin Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or dumpsters.
  • We use high-pressure water; while rare, minor wear may occur over time.


6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure their bins are empty before the scheduled cleaning.
  • Any excessive waste, hazardous materials, or uncleanable substances may result in service refusal.


7. Changes to Terms
Jet Wash Bin Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms and will notify customers of any significant changes.
